I assist, business manager Marion Sterckx, provides admin support with her team in the broadest sense for every entrepreneur who wants to focus on the development of his business. iAssist supports business managers in the areas of administration, project follow-up and business support, so that you can focus on your core business. That which you are good at, that which you enjoy doing and also (not unimportantly!) that which brings in the most money. The needs of the customer
During a nice networking event at Artemis, she asked me to create a sales plan to help her grow her business. The idea was to approach accountants who could use help in the preparatory work, as well as SMEs who could use some admin support.
Solution
Before drawing up the sales plan, we did some personal coaching. After that, we continued with the why, what, how - a strong personal branding and an ambitious growth plan.
